Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Admitted with acute severe neurological lesions, with an interval of less than 3 months from onset to rehabilitation center; 3. Underwent tracheostomy due to difficulty in short-term extubation from mechanical ventilation, currently successfully weaned, no need for mechanical ventilation; 4. Tracheostomy tube still in place upon admission to the rehabilitation center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined severe coronary heart disease, liver, kidney diseases, and malignant tumors; 2. The time interval from onset to the rehabilitation center is greater than 3 months; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Tracheotomy not caused by cranial and brain diseases, such as respiratory difficulties caused by peripheral neuropathy, spinal diseases, or primary heart and lung diseases.
