Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 80 years old 2.Scheduled for laparoscopic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) 3.ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative ALT/AST > 3 times the normal value 2.History of lipid metabolism disorders (e.g., familial hyperlipidemia) 3.Allergy to propofol or fospropofol 4.Child-Pugh class C
