Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) in accordance with the Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (KDOQI) and Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) guidelines; 2.Patients receiving regular maintenance dialysis; 3.Patients for whom autogenous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) is planned or being used as the sole vascular access, in compliance with the 2019 KDOQI Clinical Practice Guidelines for Vascular Access; 4.Age >= 18 years; 5.Patients who have provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving irregular dialysis; 2.Patients with high-output states such as hyperthyroidism; 3.Patients scheduled to undergo renal transplantation in the near future; 4.Patients who are currently enrolled in, or expected to participate in, any other clinical trials involving drugs, medical devices, or biological agents during the study period; 5.Patients with unstable vital signs; 6.Patients complicated with malignant tumors or with an expected survival time of less than 1 year.
