Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (aged >=18 years) 2. Admitted to the emergency room due to circulatory failure (definition of circulatory failure): (1) Major circulatory disorder: mean arterial pressure (MAP) 100 beats per minute. (2) Microcirculation disorders: skin mottles, prolonged capillary refill time, oliguria or hyperlactatemia. (3) Therapeutic intervention requirements: Fluid resuscitation, vasopressors or positive inotropic drugs are needed for support. 3. Time window: Within 24 hours of entering the emergency room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant woman; 2. DNR; 3. Confounding factors such as dark skin tone, cutaneous lesions, and traumatic injuries may compromise the accuracy of CRT;
