Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients had no previous neurological diseases related to the carotid artery. 2. All patients underwent carotid artery ultrasound examination. 3. None of the patients had received any invasive interventional or surgical treatment related to the carotid artery (carotid endarterectomy or stent placement).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe systemic diseases such as serious heart disease, kidney disease, cancer, autoimmune diseases and mental disorders that cannot be examined or affect the judgment of disease progression; 2. The patient has not completed any of the following imaging examinations (MRI/CT).
