Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged over 18 years old and under 80 years old; 2.Having received intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease (estimated glomerular filtration rate < 15 ml·min^-1·m^-2) before receiving intravitreal anti-VEGF drug injection, or those undergoing maintenance dialysis. 2. Terminally ill patients, or those in poor general condition deemed unsuitable for enrollment by researchers. 3. Patients lacking renal function assessment within one month before the first injection. 4. Patients with a history of anti-VEGF drug therapy administered systemically or at other sites. 5. Other patients deemed unsuitable for enrollment by researchers.
