Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, age 45-75 (including the threshold); 2. Patients undergoing colonoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot undergo biopsy or polypectomy due to drugs, coagulation disorders or other conditions; 2. Poor bowel preparation (Boston score < 2 in any bowel segment); 3. Unable to reach the blind side; 4. Patients with known polyp lesions for evaluation or treatment; 5. Severe disease or other high-risk status unable to tolerate endoscopy; 6. IBD patients, polyp syndrome patients; 7. Patients who had previously undergone intestinal resection due to intestinal lesions; 8. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent or have any other factors that are not suitable for inclusion or affect the subjects' participation in the study.
