Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants were college students aged 18 to 25 years. 2. They were diagnosed with EH after screening. 3. They resided in plain regions permanently. 4. They maintained regular exercise habits. 5. Specifically, the frequency was >= 2 sessions/week. 6. The duration was > 40 minutes/session. 7. Before the experiment, participants passed a medical examination. 8. They had no exercise contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. We excluded individuals with a history of residence or travel in high-altitude regions (> 2000 m) within the past 2 months. 2. We also excluded those with heart disease, asthma, or infectious diseases. 3. Finally, individuals with recent fractures, ligament injuries, or muscle injuries were excluded.
