Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of dysphagia following a cerebrovascular accident; 2. Age over 18 years; 3. A nasogastric tube was inserted upon admission, with a history of nasogastric tube feeding. 4. Clearly document clinical outcomes following extubation or non-extubation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dysphagia arising from non-stroke conditions (such as traumatic brain injury, intracranial tumours, epilepsy, subarachnoid haemorrhage, transient ischaemic attack, and other neurological diagnoses); 2. Incomplete case information with missing key data impedes analysis.
