Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old. 2. Voluntarily participate in this study, understand and sign the written informed consent form, and be able and willing to cooperate to complete the examinations. 3. Diagnosed by a specialist with at least one of the following eye diseases: AMD, DR, RVO, PACG, cataract, AD, PD, or a diabetic patient without ocular complications, or in a relatively healthy state without the target disease signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The study eye has active infection, inflammation, trauma or a history of eye surgery. 2. The study eye has recently undergone intraocular surgery (such as cataract surgery) or intraocular procedures (such as laser treatment, intravitreal injection, etc.), or is using systemic drugs that may interfere with metabolism (such as systemic hormones, immunosuppressants, etc.). 3. Has severe and uncontrolled systemic diseases other than the target disease (such as autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney failure, hyperthyroidism, etc.). 4. Is using local eye drops that may significantly affect the components of tear secretion. 5. Regularly wears contact lenses, OK lenses, etc. 6. Has any cognitive or physical disorder that affects the collection of tear samples or the cooperation in the examination. 7. Pregnant or lactating women. 8.
