Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From September 1, 2020, to February 28, 2026, all imaging data and laboratory indicators of patients of any gender aged 18 or older hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of Ruijin Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent CT scans fewer than 2 times within the preset time window. 2. Patients who died early (within 14 days of admission) for various reasons (based on the minimum observation window that meets the PICS definition). 3. CT images with severe artifacts, interference from metal implants, or not fully covering the L3 range.
