Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=14 years; 2.Epilepsy patients meeting ILAE diagnostic criteria, classified according to ICD-10 codes as focal onset (G40.0~G40.2), generalized onset (G40.3G~40.5), or unknown onset (G40.6~G40.8); 3.Comorbid primary headache meeting ICHD-3 criteria, or epilepsy-related headache; 4.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe psychiatric disorders (meeting DSM-V diagnostic criteria); 2.Severe organic diseases (such as malignant tumors) with expected survival time <1 year; 3.Diseases that can cause secondary headaches such as head trauma, brain tumors, cerebrovascular diseases; 4.History of substance dependence or abuse; 5.Unable to complete follow-up;
