18 Years to 49 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–49 years. 2. Gestational age of less than 14 weeks at the first antenatal visit. 3. Intention to receive regular antenatal care throughout pregnancy and deliver at a participating hospital (or research center). 4. Both singleton and multiple pregnancies. 5. Both spontaneous and assisted reproductive technology-conceived pregnancies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of regular antenatal care from the first trimester at a participating hospital 2. Delivery at a non-participating hospital 3. Serious mental illness or other severe maternal conditions deemed inappropriate for study participation
