Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks; 2. Born in the NICU of the Army Specialty Medical Center from January 2015 to December 2025; 3. No loss to follow-up, no missing key data, survived until discharge, and completed BPD and PH related diagnostic and treatment evaluations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with more than 30% missing key baseline data (gender, birth weight, gestational age); 2. Individuals missing BPD severity grading or PH status (only applicable to the subgroup analysis cohort); 3. Individuals who abandoned treatment or died within 3 days of hospitalization due to severe infection, shock, or other reasons; 4. Individuals diagnosed with genetic metabolic diseases or severe cardiopulmonary malformations (such as congenital heart disease, diaphragmatic hernia).
