Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: Patients aged >= 18 years. 2. Diagnosis: Met the diagnostic criteria for liver cirrhosis as outlined in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis. 3. Procedure: Underwent gastroscopy. 4. Data & Consent: Complete clinical data and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbidities: Complicated with malignancy, liver failure, myelodysplastic syndrome, hematological disorders, or autoimmune diseases. 2. Treatment History: History of interventional therapy for portal hypertension. 3. Etiology: Portal hypertension not caused by liver cirrhosis. 4. Physiological Status: Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Cooperation: Unable to cooperate with the ultrasound examination (e.g., inability to hold breath due to dyspnea). 6. Data Quality: Incomplete clinical data.
