Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary family caregivers (such as spouses, children, or other immediate relatives) of patients with pancreatic cancer who have undergone laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, living with the patient, providing direct care for >=4 hours per day, and expected to continue care for at least one month after discharge; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Possess basic communication and comprehension abilities and be able to cooperate with the study; 4. The patient is expected to survive >=3 months; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers or institutional care staff who receive payment; 2. Temporary or rotating caregivers; 3. Minors; 4. Individuals with severe physical illnesses or mental disorders; 5. Those who have recently experienced other major stressful events; 6. Individuals who are unable to provide continuous care in the short term; 7. Those unable to complete research follow-ups; 8. Patients with an expected survival of less than 3 months.
