Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-7 years old; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Elective tonsil and adenoid removal surgery; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hearing impairment; 2.Congenital heart disease; 3.Neurodevelopmental disorders; 4.Intraoperative use of dexmedetomidine; 5.Incomplete ECG recording; 6.Surgery duration exceeding 60 minutes.
