6 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6–18 years; 2. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in both eyes >= 0.00 logMAR; 3. Spherical equivalent (SE) -0.50 to -6.00 D, with cylinder 0 to -2.50 D; 4.Intraocular pressure (IOP) 10–21 mmHg; 5. No red-light therapy or diffusion optics technology (DOT) lens intervention within the past 6 months; 6. Written informed consent obtained from the participant and their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concomitant ocular diseases (e.g., acute or chronic ocular surface inflammation, keratoconus, strabismus, amblyopia); 2. History of ocular surgery; 3. Systemic diseases that may affect ocular health or study participation; 4. Concurrent use of other myopia control interventions (e.g., orthokeratology lenses or atropine therapy); 5. Afterimage duration > 6 minutes.
