18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-55 years old; 2. MDD patients who meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; 3. Montgomery Depression Rating Scale score >=20. 4. Young's Manic State Rating Scale score <=14; 5. The body mass index is between 18.5 and 29.5 kg/m^2; 6. No contact with other psychotropic drugs in the last 30 days; 7. The patient or guardian agrees to the treatment and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious systemic diseases (such as heart, liver, renal insufficiency, etc.) may have life and health risks during the study period; 2. Complicated with other severe neuropsychiatric diseases (such as schizophrenia) or developmental retardation; 3. Pregnant/lactating women; 4. Item 10 of Montgomery Depression Scale > =4. 5. Substance abuse or alcoholism; 6. Recent (within 3 months) history of brain trauma or brain surgery.
