Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD) confirmed by clinical manifestations and coronary angiography, and undergoing first-time, elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG); 2. Undergoing off-pump surgery (i.e., without cardiopulmonary bypass); 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Normal cognitive function with adequate reading, writing, and expression abilities, and capable of normal communication; 5. Provision of written informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac function classified as Grade IV (New York Heart Association classification); 2. Concurrent performance of other cardiac procedures, such as aortic surgery or valve replacement; 3. Presence of relative contraindications to cardiac rehabilitation exercise training according to the Consensus on Phase I Cardiac Rehabilitation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine; 4. Perioperative complicated with severe dysfunction of vital organs, such as the lungs, liver, or kidneys; 5. Development of severe postoperative complications, such as cardiac tamponade, malignant arrhythmia, or cerebral infarction.
