Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Postpartum women aged over 18 years, with ASA physical status I–III, scheduled for elective cesarean section under neuraxial anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses to participate in the clinical study; 2. Allergy to opioids or local anesthetics; 3. Patients with chronic pain requiring chronic preoperative opioid analgesia; 4. History of dementia, psychosis, or other central nervous system disorders; 5. Patients in poor general health with a history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, or urinary system diseases; 6. The patient has experienced any of the following within 12 months prior to surgery: myocardial infarction, severe/unstable angina, coronary artery bypass grafting, congestive heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, or pulmonary embolism; 7. Patients unable to cooperate with follow-up visits or with poor compliance; 8. Patients for whom regional infiltration anesthesia is contraindicated;
