Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The study categorized women of reproductive age into groups with normal, RIF (recurrent implantation failure), and RPL (recurrent pregnancy loss) endometrial and decidual tissues. 2. Eligible women should have no significant history of medical conditions, particularly no cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, tumors, or other chronic illnesses that may affect endometrial function. 3. Their reproductive health history must be free of severe gynecological inflammations, such as pelvic inflammatory disease or severe endometritis. 4. They should have no history of uterine surgeries, including myomectomy, hysterectomy, or cervical procedures. 5. Additionally, they must have regular menstrual cycles (21–35 days) and have not used hormonal contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy for at least the past six months.
