Interventions
PRP group :PRP (volume: 0.5 ml) infusion will be performed 7-8 days before embryo transfer and on the day of endometrial transformation.
Control group:The uterine cavity will be infused with normal saline (volume: 0.5 mL) 7-8 days before embryo transfer and on the day of endometrial transformation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 20 to 40; 2. History of RIF (i.e., at least three consecutive IVF-ET cycles of transfer failure, and each cycle >= 1 high-quality embryo); 3.The shape of the uterus is confirmed to be normal by ultrasound, hysteroscopy, etc; 4.Endometrial thickness >= 7mm on the day of progesterone conversion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated intrauterine lesions (such as polyps, submucosal fibromas, adhesions); 2.Known thrombophilia, hematological disease, or platelet dysfunction; 3.Autoimmune diseases, severe systemic diseases or uncontrolled endocrine diseases; 4.Received platelet-rich plasma (PRP) or other experimental intrauterine perfusion interventions in the past month; 5.Allergy to PRP preparation ingredients; 6.Participating in other interventional clinical trials at the same time.
