Gold Standard:dual energy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA
Index test:Measure the fiber length and thickness of the vastus lateralis and medial head of the gastrocnemius muscles using ultrasound and calculate the ultrasound sarcopenia index of both.

50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 50 years; 2.Clear history of chronic musculoskeletal pain of more than 3 months duration; 3.BMI 20-30 kg/m^2; 4.Willingness and ability to comply with the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent barium or contrast-enhanced tests done; 2.Neurologic diseases with mobility impairment; 3.Dementia or moderate-severe cognitive impairment identified by score <24 of Mini-Mental State Examination Test (MMSE), according to Folstein et al. 4.Severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 5.Cancer.
