Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 65 and above in urban and rural areas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with medical records or self-reported allergies or adverse reactions to influenza vaccine; 2) Who received influenza vaccine in the current season before randomization; 3) People who already have family members participating in the nudge (to avoid family interactions) 4) People without mobile phones; 5) People who choose not to receive text messages.
