Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease stages 1–5 according to the K/DOQI clinical guidelines of the United States Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative; 2. Aged 18–85 years; 3. Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and reading comprehension ability; 4. Provide informed consent and are willing to cooperate with this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver, brain, and lungs; 2. Patients who are unconscious, have mental disorders, or cognitive impairment.
