10 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 10 and 18 years; 2. Craniovertebral angle (CVA) less than 50°; 3. No significant neck or upper limb pain, neurological disorders, or history of severe musculoskeletal injuries; 4. Ability to comply with interventions and assessments, including independent standing, performing exercises, and following the study protocol; 5. Voluntary participation with written informed consent provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical, thoracic, or shoulder surgery, fractures, or other severe structural lesions. 2. Presence of serious structural abnormalities such as cervical fractures, tumors, or infections. 3. Other significant postural abnormalities, such as excessive thoracic kyphosis or rounded shoulders. 4. Acute neck pain (lasting less than 3 months). 5. Use of medications or participation in other professional exercise-based rehabilitation or physical therapy that may affect study outcomes. 6. Inability to cooperate with assessments and rehabilitation training.
