18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 180°; (3) Severe capsular damage (e.g., traumatic posterior capsule rupture, surgically complicated capsular rupture); 4. Good systemic condition and ability to tolerate surgery; 5. Agreement to the study treatment protocol, commitment to regular follow-up visits, and voluntary provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years; 2. Corrected visual acuity (BCVA) 28 mm; active glaucoma or poorly controlled intraocular pressure; 7. Coagulation disorders; 8. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction rendering the patient unsuitable for surgery; 9. Pregnancy or lactation; 10. Any other condition considered by the principal investigator to render the patient inappropriate for study inclusion.
