Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Possessing a valid nurse's practice qualification certificate and being registered; 2. Currently employed and on the job as a nurse; 3. Having worked in the ICU for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses in training and those on internship.
