Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-15 who seek medical treatment at our pediatric outpatient clinic from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and meet the diagnostic criteria for obesity, with informed consent from their parents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure; 2. Children with inherited metabolic disorders. 3. Individuals with hepatic or renal dysfunction; 4. Individuals with thyroid diseases; 5. Secondary obesity caused by medications, hormones, or other factors; 6. Individuals with acute or chronic complications; 7. Type 2 diabetes;
