Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with AAAD by preoperative aortic computed tomography angiography (CTA). 2. The patient underwent surgical treatment under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) during hospitalization. 3. The patient signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative combined infection, regardless of the site or type of infection; 2. Severe organ dysfunction present before surgery, such as: large-area cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, liver failure, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, major gastrointestinal bleeding, or severe renal failure; 3. Patients who did not undergo surgery during hospitalization and chose conservative medical treatment; 4. Patients concurrently participating in other drug studies or clinical trials; 5. Patients or their family members refuse to sign the informed consent form; 6. Pregnancy or lactation.
