Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 65 years old 2. Undergoing elective hip/knee joint replacement surgery under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia 3. Weight range 50 to 80 kg 4. ASA classification II-III 5. Prior to the operation, cognitive function was intact and the patient had the educational background to complete the preoperative neuropsychological tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score <= 24; 2.Severe mental disorders and severe systemic diseases; 3.Coagulation dysfunction; 4.Central nervous system infection, head trauma, epilepsy, neurological diseases, etc.; 5.Missing data and postoperative loss to follow-up
