Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10–13 years; 2. Forward head posture with a forward head angle > 50°; 3. Accompanied by rounded shoulders (rounded-shoulder angle > 52°) or thoracic kyphosis (thoracic kyphotic angle > 42°); 4. Able to complete the intervention and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical-spine fracture, scoliosis (Cobb angle > 10°), or congenital spinal deformity; 2. History of shoulder/cervical surgery or acute injury (e.g., muscle strain, ligament tear); 3. Severe cognitive impairment or inability to understand instructions.
