Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Patients undergoing first-time kidney transplantation;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dual kidney transplantation or multi-organ combined transplantation; 2.Patients who developed severe postoperative cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or other vital organ diseases; 3.Patients with postoperative complicated infections, concurrent pancreatitis, or other conditions leading to prolonged hospitalization; 4.Patients with congenital vascular malformations or other factors necessitating special vascular anastomosis techniques or surgical approaches, making them unsuitable for early postoperative mobilization;
