Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years and above; 2. Patients with symptomatic MMD starting from the onset of initial symptoms; 3. Patients with asymptomatic MMD from the time of diagnosis until before surgical intervention, regardless of whether they have a history of stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed cases of moyamoya disease (MMS), atherosclerosis, and other neurological disorders (such as brain tumors); 2. Unnatural factors that may cause cerebral hemorrhage (such as brain trauma).
