Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=60 years old; 2.Diagnosed with at least one target disease: hypertension/coronary heart disease/cerebrovascular disease/peripheral artery disease. 3.Alert and oriented, able to cooperate with completing questionnaires, physical examinations, and sample collection. 4.Local residents; 5.Sign a written informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious illnesses that affect their survival, such as malignant tumors and severe infectious diseases. 2.Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, or women who may become pregnant within six months. 3.Individuals with a serious history of mental illness or other conditions that prevent them from fully cooperating with the investigation. 4.People participating in a clinical trial.
