Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in western medicine and the syndrome differentiation criteria of traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Age 20-78 years; 3. No use of antibiotics and probiotics within 1 month; 4. Informed consent of patients and signing of informed consent forms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with organ diseases and systemic diseases related to FC; 2. Diseases with severe hematopoietic system, nerve and cardiovascular damage; 3. Pregnant, lactating women; 4. History of gastrointestinal surgery;
