18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-II grade; 2. Age 18 - 70 years old; 3. 18 <= BMI < 28 kg/m²; 4. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; 5. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe stenosis, deformity or atherosclerotic plaque formation of the internal carotid artery and vertebral artery, etc. related vascular diseases; 2. Affected by mental disorders such as communication dysfunction or cognitive dysfunction; 3. Affected by uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 4. Affected by acute or chronic diseases of organs such as the brain, heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; 5. Preoperative VAS score > 2 points; 6. Allergic to the components of anesthetic drugs; 7. Having a history of alcohol abuse or abuse of sedative-hypnotic drugs and analgesics; 8. Refusing to participate in the study
