Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for portal hypertension in cirrhosis; 2.The etiology of liver cirrhosis is clearly defined as hepatitis B or hepatitis C virus; 3.No serious cardiovascular or coagulation disorders; 4.Expected survival time of more than 12 months; 5. Voluntarily joined the study and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unclear preoperative diagnosis of liver cirrhosis etiology; 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular or coagulation disorders; 3.Patients with poor compliance, early postoperative transfer or external treatment without strict follow-up records; 4.Individuals with severe mental illness;
