Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 2.Diagnosis of schizophrenia in accordance with the Diagnostic Criteria for Schizophrenia in the Tenth Revision of the International Classification of Diseases; 3.Meets the diagnosis of NAFLD according to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (2024 Updated Edition)"; 4.No severe organic disease;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Excessive alcohol consumption is defined as 20g/d for males and 10g/d for females; 2.Positive for hepatitis B surface antigen or anti-hepatitis C virus antibody, or diagnosed with other types of liver diseases except for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) or any end-stage liver disease; 3.Presence of malignant tumor or pregnancy; 4.Individuals who are not suitable for participating in this study due to severe dysfunction of other organs;
