Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Newborns aged <= 28 days; 2.The legal guardian of the research subject can fully understand the research purpose, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Within one week prior to the study, topical medications such as glucocorticoids, oral antihistamines, antibiotics, or other anti-inflammatory drugs were used for the skin lesions; 2. Children with skin diseases other than the diaper area that significantly affect the evaluation of intervention effectiveness, such as specific dermatitis and intestinal acrodermatitis; 3. Merge with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, renal, endocrine, immune, hematopoietic systems, etc; 4.Children who are allergic to the coatings used (such as zinc oxide);
