Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Symptomatic lower extremity varicose veins (CEAP classification C2-C6) and planned to undergo lower extremity venous thermal ablation occlusion; 3. Caprini score >=3 points; 4. Expected to cooperate with follow-up within 30 days after surgery; 5. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of lower extremity venous thrombosis; 2. History of active bleeding within 1 month; 3. Ongoing anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (e.g., eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73 m^2 or Child-Pugh Class C hepatic insufficiency); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Allergy or contraindication to the components of the study drugs.
