Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 80; 2. Patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy or radiculopathy diagnosed by symptoms, physical examination and imaging; 3. Anterior and posterior cervical surgery is required. (Posterior cervical laminoplasty mainly includes posterior cervical single-door laminoplasty, unilateral laminoplasty with one muscle reserved, and single-door laminoplasty with endoscope-assisted portal shaft through one muscle space approach. Anterior cervical surgery mainly includes single-segment or double-segment anterior cervical discectomy and artificial disc prosthesis replacement)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative clinical data and routine imaging data are incomplete; 2. Previous history of cervical spine surgery; 3. Laminoplasty combined with posterior pedicle or lateral mass screw fixation; 4. Severe cervical deformity and significant cervical instability; 5. Patients with mental and nervous system diseases; 6. Patients with infection and tumor; 7. Those with poor compliance; 8. drug addicts or alcoholics; 9. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
