Differentiated thyroid carcinoma

Interventions

Low-dose 131I treatment group:After surgery for differentiated thyroid carcinoma, oral administration of 30 mCi of 131I is performed for thyroid remnant ablation.
High-dose 131I treatment group:After surgery for differentiated thyroid carcinoma, oral administration of 100 mCi of 131I is performed for thyroid remnant ablation.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically confirmed as DTC (papillary carcinoma, follicular carcinoma, oncocytic carcinoma) 2. Postoperatively classified as low-to-intermediate risk or intermediate-to-high risk according to the ATA 2025 criteria 3. Scheduled to receive iodine-131 remnant ablation therapy 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Undifferentiated carcinoma, medullary carcinoma and other non-DTC types 2. Complicated with other malignant tumors or severe underlying diseases (such as renal insufficiency, heart failure) 3. Metastasis occurred outside the lymph nodes 4. Pregnant or lactating women
