Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly people with cardiovascular and respiratory chronic diseases; 2. Patients with informed consent and signed informed consent form; 3. Age > 60 years old, male or female; 4. Those who have the ability to operate monitoring equipment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; 2. People who take psychoactive substances, drug abusers and drug addicts (including sleeping pills); 3. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; brain organic lesions; patients with epilepsy; 4. Insomnia caused by organic diseases; 5. Insomnia caused by anxiety and depression. 6. A series of uncertain diagnoses caused by failure to comply with the doctor's advice.
