Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment between the ages of 20 and 70, with the tear located within the upper 8 hours range between 8 and 4 o'clock; 2. Single retinal hole or multiple holes not exceeding 1 hour; 3. Crystalline eye; 4. Grade A or B of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR); 5. Physically and mentally, able to coordinate with postoperative head position fixation, followed up for at least 6 months, and able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refractive interstitial opacity; 2. Late stage glaucoma; 3. Previous history of retinal detachment; 4. Previous history of vitreous surgery; 5. Other patients that researchers believe need to be excluded.
