Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of MCI: There is mild impairment in memory or other cognitive domains, but the daily living ability is basically normal (IADL score = 16 points); MoCA score = 24 points (an additional 1 point is given if the years of education are less than 12 years, and still within this range), MMSE scale score = 26 points. 2. Age 55 - 80 years old. 3. Can understand and cooperate with the instructions of the researchers, and has certain language communication ability. 4. In the past 3 months, the patient and their family members have not participated in other similar cognitive intervention or physical activity intervention studies. 5. Both the patient and their family members are aware of this study and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic diseases such as heart, liver and kidney disorders. 2. Patients with severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia, severe depression with suicidal tendencies, etc. 3. Patients with serious neurological diseases such as advanced Parkinson's disease, frequent epileptic seizures, etc. 4. Patients with a history of alcohol or drug dependence and who are currently abusing. 5. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairments who cannot understand the intervention content. 6. Patients who have experienced serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as stroke or myocardial infarction within the past 6 months. 7. Patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia through clinical assessment, imaging, etc., and with a clear type of dementia.
