Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Major Depressive Disorder with comorbid Social Anxiety Disorder; 2.aged 18-55 years; of Han Chinese ethnicity; 3.baseline Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) score of >=17;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe suicidal ideation or behaviors; 2.History of substance dependence or abuse; 3.History of epilepsy, seizures, or other neurological disorders; 4.Concurrent severe physical illnesses; 5.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6.Unwillingness or inability to complete the entire study or adhere to the treatment protocol;
