Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with glaucoma and requiring trabeculectomy; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Patients who consent to postoperative follow-up and are capable of cooperating with imaging examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of relevant ocular surgeries, such as vitrectomy or ab-externo procedures; 2.Coexisting ocular conditions, including ocular surface inflammation, severe dry eye, or intraocular tumors; 3.Severe systemic diseases; 4.Insufficient follow-up duration or missing data.
