Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma meeting the diagnostic criteria specified in the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2024 Edition), who have received surgical hepatectomy; 3.Patients demonstrating intact consciousness, adequate cognitive function, normal linguistic capacity, and active cooperation; 4.Patients who have signed informed consent forms and voluntarily agreed to participate in the present study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid major organic diseases (e.g., cardiac, cerebral, or other vital organ involvement) or previous history of other malignant tumors; 2.Patients with documented psychiatric disorders, severe cognitive dysfunction, or mental illness; 3.Patients requiring ICU admission exceeding 3 days following surgery, or those in critical or terminal condition; 4.Patients concurrently enrolled in other interventional studies that may confound symptom evaluation.
